Chickens have supported and sustained the human race for thousands of years. They are one of the most efficient animals on the planet. The amount of food they eat in comparison to the sustenance they produces is amazing. They eat just about anything including bugs and worms. In return, they produce eggs. A good producing hen will produce up to 300 eggs per year. The purpose of chickencoop.net is to be a resource for chicken coops.
